Crystal Beiersdorfer's art practice explores how the body and digital spaces blend and clash against one another. Her work specifically explores how users interact with technology and the social internet, as well as its impact on their personal beliefs and daily routines. It aims to spark conversations and questions about issues related to the body, technology, and everyday habits. Her artwork has been displayed across the US, internationally, and virtually in various exhibitions, installations, and screenings. Crystal considers her teaching a part of her creative practice, serving as a way for students to begin exploring how their perspectives and interactions with technology impact their creative practices and everyday experiences. As a lifelong learner, she strives to inspire her students to develop the same passion for creative inquiry.
