Biography
Drew Parkinson is a figurative-ish painter based in Chicago, IL. His work slips through forms of abstraction, figuration, architecture and mannerism. Looking both behind and ahead, Parkinson rolls around in a muddy history of painting while trying to consume the cosmic slop of our ever-expanding world.
He received his Master of Fine Arts from The University of Chicago in 2025 and his Bachelor's in Studio Art and Computer Science from The University of Vermont in 2019.
